jerome and blake cleaned the carpet in our 3 bedrooms and hallway, and i’m extremely happy with the results. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. i booked online and understood that the final estimate would be confirmed after an in-home carpet inspection. jerome and blake arrived early and were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. they even helped move some light furniture and clear debris from the carpeted areas so the cleaning could be more effective. they also worked within my budget and ex... read more

i’ve been using this carpet cleaning service in Knoxville for a while, and they still do an excellent job every time. Jerome reached out before the appointment to confirm the details, which made scheduling easy and clear. He arrived on time, looked over the carpeted areas carefully, and got right to work. He was very thorough with the carpet cleaning, paying close attention to edges, corners, and the heavier traffic spots that n... read more

i manage several homes in Knoxville and have relied on this team for many years for carpet cleaning, rug care, and upholstery cleaning. i have recommended them to many homeowners and property managers because they handle much more than basic carpet service. From routine carpet cleaning to spot treatment for nail polish on silk rugs and cleaning velvet upholstery, they do excellent work and know how to care for delicate materials. In larger homes with tall drapes, they have helped with careful cleaning and seasonal fabric cha... read more
