It's conveniently located but the lack of security is a huge turn off. With the new management, things are not well communicated and they don't do anything to address the recent breakins to apartments and cars. Don't rent here.
I lived at Cumberland and moved due to finances. I didn’t have any problems for the 2 years I stayed there. Maintenance was always prompt and the property stayed clean. I got a note on the door one time telling me it wasn’t trash day. They were right, I tried to get away with it and got caught. One day I’m moving back!
I have put off writing a review for this place for roughly ten years now, but something made me think of this place the other day, and after a Google search, I found that the complex has some of the same staff they did when I lived there, so I'm going to go ahead and post this review. Lived here for 13 months. 2 months into the lease I had a maintenance issue that was not resolved until the 13th month. Security gates were often open/broken, and the pool/gym were closed for most of the year for "repairs". Parking for residents is scant, and I was often forced to park on a city street outside of the complex. Finally, despite using an online payment system, all payment notices are taped to doors and were often detached by wind gusts.
