This excellent, definitely old-school store is a gem. You will think you have slipped back to at least the 60s. It reminds me of men's stores in my youth. Quiet. Extremely clean and orderly. Soft spoken sales people who know what they're doing. Private dressing rooms. A little podium with mirrors for the tailor to measure your garments. I'm a bit of a customer service "snob". I expect great customer service and Culwell DOES NOT disappoint. Every time I shop there for my teenage sons the sales staff shakes their hands, introduces themselves, looks my boys in the eyes, calls my boys by name & engages them in conversation. They EXCEED my expectations every time �
