Got take-out at the Culvers in Troy, got home and the tall peanut butter shake was VERY runny. The worst shake ever received at Culvers; they are usually VERY thick and wonderful. Emailed the Culvers restaurant but never got a response. Very disappointed in both the quality of the shake and the lack of response by management. We get Culvers ONLY as a treat-so not that often.
Went there for the first time with a group of friends very fast and friendly! Great Service!
Awesome fish! Cheese curds are the best. Great service & kids love the frozen custard!
Food was good. Fries were hot. Dining room was clean. Service...not so good. Girl at counter wouldn’t make eye contact, I had to ask if I could place my order, I was only one in line and no greeting. No smile. No receipt, had to ask for one. Good service is what makes a good experience, even if the food is mediocre, a good service representative can make it better.
I love the pot roast Sandwich tried the sweet potato fries they were just warm. My daughter and I both got meals no ice cream or anything and it was $18 that's kind of expensive for basically fast food. Very clean and the staff wss friendly
