Started eating my hamburger on the way home only to realize it was blood red raw !!! Called and manager was nice enough to offer replacement or coupons of which I declined both. What customers want, especially when it's ordered "to go", is properly cooked food and a accurate order. It's unacceptable !! Undercooked, blood red hamburger is unhealthy and disgusting!!
