4/4 of my last Culver's visits I've experienced mistakes in my order. The order has always been taken correctly (as seen on receipt) but my custard order was incorrect (wrong toppings etc) when I point it out workers have apologized and fixed the mistake, but I'm still disappointed by the consistent inaccuracy.

Received an oreo concrete mixer instead of a cookie dough. Figure it out!
Girl behind the register was not friendly at all she didn't smile or greet us or say thank you.� The food was better than it has been in the past. The place itself is always very clean. Of course this is out of your control but the crying baby was very annoying! It's a little spendy for the value of food. Might make a return visit.
I do enjoy the food however over the past year if our family orders a double burger which we are charged for we get the burger and it's not a double. It's one full patty and a quarter of another patty.
Living in Boston now, far away from Culver's-land, swinging by for a butterburger is always on the top of my list whenever I'm back home! Can't wait to have the next delicious, made-to-order burger this July!

Been driving by this restaurant for over a year and finally we went in tonight, great decision too! The guy at the register was so awesome, very helpful and super friendly. We shared a value meal (which was delicious) and as we walked by the drink area, we noticed a picture on the wall of the owner of this particular Culver's, it looked just like the guy at the register. Come to find out before we left, it was him! I'll definitely be coming here more often knowing that the owner is personally involved and humble!
