We waited for over 30 minutes to get our food. 3 kids meals, two salads and a burger. Our kids were were quite hungry and we chose Culver's because we could get the food quicker than a sit down. Overall disappointed with the food, and no apology for the slow service. Will never stop there again.

went there got a burger and it was to have ketchup, mustard,and onions , and pickles got it was smashed and had a strip of onion and I went and got my own ketchup and mustard from your little table ,I and my husband figures you have some one there that hates there job so they had to take it out on my burger and no pickles either no I did not go up I should of taken a picture then let you see it ....it was 4-25-18 at 4 :46 pm we spent $12.45
We went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered two kids meals asking if they came with a dish of custard. They said they did. We got the bags and drove home. Getting home we noticed no custard obviously leading to disappointed kids. My husband called in and their response was "Well there's nothing we can do now". This is the 2nd time they have forgotten the custard and I should have been paying closer attention... they should not have gotten the order wrong like the last 3 times we have stopped in. Well, I'd give a zero if it was an option. EVERY and I mean EVERY time they get my order wrong. Severely disappointed in this branch.
I had the 2 piece fish dinner! Was delicious! And i love the Lemon Ice and Raspberry�
Had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Food was cold. Women's restroom was dirty and had no towels. Tables were dirty, big disappointment. I usually love Culver's.
