Waited over 1 hour for our food and the manager kept telling us and many others it's on its way. One lady had to leave for an appointment and they didn't refund her money.
Ordered two bacon butterburger deluxe fries and onion rings. It took 25 minutes to get our food. Then they forgot the bacon. And I had to go back and ask for it and wait SOme more to eat. Onion rings and fries were cold.
I ordered a bacon burger basket. The bacon was way overdone, burnt actually. I have eaten at Culver's a handful of times and it's usually good. I'll give this location another shot as I work nearby.
Absolutely, amazing food, service was great she was very kind & sweet. Chocolate eclair custard was fantastic...
