We love Culver’s and eat there frequently. Today we stopped in for three flavor’s of the day. After waiting 15 minutes we checked on our order and were told they lost it, but would bring it out. 10 minutes later, still no custard. Checked again and were told they lost our order again. When we finally got our order after waiting a total of 35 minutes for three single scoops, we were given chocolate custard, not the flavor of the day. Very disappointing visit.
We had a great experience at this Culvers. Food was brought out correctly, hot and looked real good. The burgers were all delicious and cooked fine. Had no issues and we all left satisfied.

Took 40 of my staff today for a late lunch after a team building activity. The Culver staff was very friendly and accommodating to our group size and the food was hot, fresh and full of flavor. Thanks!
RecommendedI ordered doubled cheese/bacon (the very top picture on the right).. I expect more lettuce but I only got 2 tiny bitty pieces of lettuce.. I imagine I could get what you advertise in your establishments... but it wasn’t the same as the picture.. it was a “False Advertisement “..

We always enjoy our visit to Culvers at LWR. The food is always yummy! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and we know going there will be a good experience each time. �
Seems impossible for the employees to get my order right. Last 3 times I get home it's wrong. This time I realize my mixer isnt chocolate like I ordered so I asked for a chocolate one, only to get home to realize that my burger doesn't have any of the toppings I asked for. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is like the 4th time, cmon.
