Ordered a sandwich with no mayo. Had mayo. Waited 15 minutes to get it fixed. Got all the way home and......had mayo on some of it like part of it was reused. So now do I spend $5 in gas and an hour of my time to go get my burger fixed again? Stupid.

Food delivered hot. Bathrooms are always clean. The entire staff is very pleasant & accommodating.
Normally when I am in there during the week I get a grilled chicken breast only for $3. It rings right up. No problem. I was in there on Sunday and ordered it and the young girl said it wasn't an option to order it like that. I kept explaining that it comes right up grilled chicken $3. Finally I paid the $4.99 for it. As I walked away the young man at the next register went to her and showed her how to do it and stated he didnt that was an option at first either. The service was very good place was clean and very professional staff. Food was excellent as allways.
We eat at Culver's a lot. 99.9% always good. We have 2 stores here in Decatur, Illinois. Both are good. They are a step or two above fast food.
Culvers has the best burgers and friendliness staff!!
