They screwed us out of a spicy chicken sandwich, daughter went back to get it. We spent 60 dollars with them and then they wanna argue over a 6.00 sandwich. Said the only way they would replace or fill the order of the sandwich missing is if we brought the whole order back for them to check it. Culvers! Normally, I would recommend. However! on 06/18, I ordered the sourdough melt, double, with grilled onions, pickle and mustard. Yum...usually. I got it, drove home, unwrapped. This is what I got. A single with correct ingredient. Evidently the preparer realized his or her mistake. He or she tore the sandwich in half and flopped the burger onto the other half. Then wrapped it as a supposedly whole sandwich, along with the gommy remnants of the bread of the other half of the sandwich. Inexcusable! Kinda ruined my day. ... read more
Instantly rude as soon as I pulled up to the speaker. I didn’t order, I left. Never going back. Will tell everyone I know to avoid the place. I will be looking up any others under the same franchise, they won’t get my business either.
One of the rudest places in Decatur. They act like they are doing you a favor taking your order. We left without completing the order. Will not be back. There are too many fast food places to be treated like that.
For at least the last year the service is poor. Orders are often incorrect. Some employees seem to be slacking. Tonight the drive through was packed so we went inside. A lady from the drive up came in and said she’s been waiting 20 minutes for her food. Many people were seated and almost all of them were waiting on their food. Personally I would not recommend this Culver’s , unless you go inside . With that being said .... after tonight will be driving to Mt. Zion only. Macon County Health Department needs to pay them a visit sounds like . Last I checked you are suppose to throw expired food out not serve paying customers that garbage . 🤮

Recommendednot bad if you go in.... the drive thru always messes up my order. I went there last week and they messed up my order after they forgot we were waiting for it.. 30 min wait. they did give me a free meal coupon.tonight I used that free coupon and they got that order wrong too.. they never remember to put the fries in the bag.... and my sandwich was wrong this time... I'm done with the drive thru.
