Great service from the cashier at the window about 35 minutes ago she had the most up beat attitude, and knew that the ice cream we ordered was melting so she had new ones made. Great service probably the best fast food service I have ever had, and greatest attitude from a fast food worker. I do not remember what her name tag said, but I hope she gets credit from the manager.
The people working there are very friendly and helpful.The food is hot and delicious.Service is fast and the restaurant is clean.Great place to eat.sure glad they built in Lockport.

Barely any condiments on mine and my mother's burgers... Served lukewarm and cheese not melted. Disappointing. Cheese curds were great though.
Smells bad in there and all the workers look like there dog just died lol.... wtf....
Today was my one and only visit to your facility. My burger was served to me cold. The cheese would not even melt on the patty, but that is the least of my concerns. I will not be visiting your facility again because of your no firearms policy. I will not risk my life or the life of my family for a cold burger.
