This place was good when they first opened. Down hill from then out. I ordered stuffed pepper soup yesterday. Took one bite and almost choked on the salt. My husband brought it back to the counter. They said it is pre-packaged. Took my soup and did not offer me another choice. So as soon as my husband finished eating his hamburger, we left and had to get me lunch elsewhere. Bad customer service. I just wanted my soup replaced.
Food and service is always good!! Even though most of the employees are young they are very polite !!
May want to retrain your managers to not get an attitude with customers who ask to use Samsung pay. There is nothing for you to install and yes it will work. That woman is completely ignorant much like your pricing. The kids and the staff are wonderful though.

Went here for 2 shakes. I asked if the vanilla could be thinned out and was told by the man on the speaker "we don't do that but I suppose I could add milk". Easy enough I thought. I was handed my cup of frozen custard so thick you had a hard time putting in the straw! WTF Can't wait for Dairy Queen to reopen in the spring!
Mom and I were just there yesterday 11/14/16. Mom had the North Atlantic Cod Meal and I had a single cheeseburger with sweet potatoe fries!! Delicious!!
Food was very good, staff was really friendly. Also, there was a young man on break, unfortunately I didn't get his name. He was on break and offered to help me to the counter, as I was wearing a surgical shoe and using my cane. How courteous and sweet of him. Didn't get his name other than he attends collage in Mo. Thank you Culvers in hiring such a nice young person.
