First experience at Culvers in Lockport and my last. Service was horrible. Waited 25 minutes for food because worker forgot to turn on grill!!!!!!! Was not even offered my compensation for my wait
order taken incorrectly, employee who was not working going into the kitchen to get a cheese curd for his girlfriend (serious health code violation) than behaving inappropriately where people are waiting for their orders. this location has taken my order incorrectly before. I have never had issues at any other location.
Butter burger was burned to a crisp!!!I ordered a basket too. On other occasions the fish was undercooked and cold or hard as a on the bun. I recently moved to the area and was coming there once or twice a week. You just lost a customer !
Fresh food and friendly staff
Never going back .. I asked for the family sized curds... once they arrived out to my truck ... I looked and it was maybe half .. so I went in and said there is no way this is what i get for 9$ and the manager said yup that is 3 single servings ... when i asked for a refund the manager was rude .. also i have no idea how anyone can be in side with it smelling like raw fish that's been in the sun ..
