How do you run out of chili at 8pm? To make it worse, let me order it, sit after paying at the drivethru then send someone out to tell me and I have to come inside for a refund? When I question that the person basically shrugs and walks away? And then I get home and the burger basket I ordered has no fries in the bag, just the burger. The burger that was also supposed be no tomato, but has one. Awesome.
Normally I’m very impressed with their burgers, however, today I ordered a deluxe burger. It was poorly put together and the meat was over cooked. I’m not one for raw meat either. The soda fountain was out of my favorite soda, Sierra Mist. Everything else was great. The lettuce and tomato was very fresh, the bun was wonderful and the service was friendly.
The food is phenomenal. Every time I get someone to understand my request for "no bread or roll", they don't work there anymore!
We went to Culver's in Glendale, AZ, both 07-02 and 07-03. On 07-02, we got our order home, and noticed that they hadn't included the french fries that come with the combo basket I had ordered. We went back the next day, asked about getting the fries they failed to include the day before, and we were told that it was impossible. No apology, no compromise, just not possible. This was a "redemption" visit and, thanks to manager Landon and hia staff, we will be back. Food was fabulous, order was accurate & we are happy Culvers campers again!
