We use fresh, never frozen 100% Midwest beef, seared to perfection and served on a lightly buttered toasted bun for that extra touch of goodness. Staff was friendly and really welcoming being our first time there was nice experience! Was nice to have actual Tables to sit at vs' just booth style to sit at as well for larger folks. Over all I was extremely impressed. Will go again!
