As much as I love culvers, this location is the worst. We waited 30mins in drive through just to get home to realized they messed up our order. When we went back, we waited another 15mins while other cars had received their food. And yet again another messed up order =(

How rude is it that a shift manager would put down an employee in front of customers. That they understood to talk to employee out of the view of customers. They need work on when to talk to employees and to keep it professional.

I'm 9 months pregnant and root beer floats have become my favorite thing ever. And they have great root beer floats here. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for two root beer floats. When we got our floats, I was very disappointed. They were only filled up half way, and there's very little ice cream, or frozen custard, whichever they use. I'll just stick to going to Sonic's where I don't have to wait forever just for drinks, the car hops will bring them to your car in the drive through, and when I order a large I... read more

We go here about every two weeks. Love the food (especially the fish sandwich....and the fries!). The service is great and the staff always greets you with a smile. And ya gotta love the burgers!
