Went in today and ordered a meal I have many times in the past (from a few different locations). I ordered a snack pack meal, single bacon deluxe ($5.19). I asked for no onion, pickles, and lettuce. The people behind the counter charged me instead for a single deluxe ($4.79) with bacon ($.50) and tomato ($.30). So my meal would be $.40 more than the regular meal I wanted. Just had the worst experience with the Greenfield and Baseline location the manager David is very rude first of all. I waited 10 minutes and their line waiting and seeing everybody else get their food asked what's wrong with my food they said they had a problem in the kitchen. Still never got my food when I ask to speak to a manager and ask for their corporate number they gave me false information waiting to see if the franchise owner Carissa calls me back. I would avoid this one go out of your way and go somewhere else
I gotta admit I was skeptical but went and got me and my wife a burger... THEY WERE EFFING DELICIOUS! Them onion rings were the shizer, the chocolate shake, GOODNESS ALL AROUND! Oh, our Mother had the North Valley Wall Eye... Don't know her review on it but I do know she finished her plate, lol...
Culver's employees are always friendly. They ensure you get your food quickly and always with a smile. The menu is very diverse and I have yet to have any bad. I started going to a Culver's in WI and was thrilled when they came to AZ. Was so hoping that the service and food was the same high quality I received there and I was not disappointed!
The food was awful and not fresh. Won't go back again.
Great place, food was very good and the sundaes were good too. The service was also good and I will have to say they were pretty quick about getting our order out to us. I will definitely be back.
