when you pay almost 5 bucks for a large lemon ice cooler you expect just that ,not a cup that isnt even mixed well and a little more than half full ! Its always the same girl that does this every time.Either train your employees right and make sure they know how to do their job before you put them out on the floor or get rid of them !I feel like I'm paying for a large and not even getting a small cooler .I'll take my business to another culvers .
Culver's is a favorite restaurant for 15 years! We enjoy the full menu to choose from and the frozen custard!
I had ordered 2 separate orders tonight, I only received one, didn't realize it until I got back home. I called Culvers and they immediately knew why I was calling. The woman I talked to, Katie, was extremely nice. She offered to bring the order and have it remade so it would be fresh, she also brought is 3 pints of ice cream, I tried to give her $5, but she refused to accept it. It was the best customer service I have EVER had!! Amazing!
