I came in for a pint of turtle and management refused to make me one, like previous times when they out. I would have certainly understood if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't. I asked for the customer relations number and in the time they looked up the number and wrote it down they could've made my pint. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! With management like that you won't have customers and certainly don't need to be in the service industry! I wouldn't even give them 1 star...
Used to eat at Culver's at least once per week, but they took the fried chicken, which was the best in town, off the menu. Now we might go once per month. I assume that some corporate whiz didn't think it made enough money so they deleted it. Bad move.
Unfortunate. Usually you guys are great, dog friendly, served puppy cups. Not tonight. Very disappointed dog.
Not only do you wait in line for 20+ minutes...you aren't given the food you ordered.
First our families love Culver's! The burgers are great and so is the custard and customer service. But today I want to share another reason, as a Grandmother, as to why I love Culver's. Their support for the community is awesome!!! They allowed our Granddaughter and team, Panathinaikos Volleyball U15 Green to host a fund raiser at Culver's 4351 Hwy K, O'Fallon, MO on 6/1/16 from 5:00-10:00 pm with 10% of all orders and gift cards going to their team!!! Thank you Culver's, the PAO Green.
