we have never had a bad experience at a culvers until we had dinner at this Hwy K location. The girl at the counter was rude and told us the item we were ordering was not something they carry( we read it off the overhead board), the soda all tasted flat, the boy who brought out the food had other people's food also and told us it was ours( argued for several minutes), the fries were cold and not done, and the fish was not done to our liking( the batter was still very wet, the fish appeared to be stacked when in the fryer) we... read more
I ordered a kids meal to go. I got it home and there were no fries at all. that was a very expensive 6 dollar burger. seriously who forgets the fries in a kids meal. I normally don't have any issues with Culver's but that was frustrating and I wasn't about to drive all the way back to get the fries.
When you drive through on your lunch break for a burger and fries and are asked if you want lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and you answer, “yes please.” You return to work to find a bun and a piece of meat. Extremely disappointing! Maddening because there isn’t t time to take your lunch back to get what you ordered!
Stopped in today and placed my order at the Culver’s in O’Fallon Mo, all the employees were speaking Spanish and I mean all of them!? Won’t be back there any time soon. What the hell is this country coming to?
