I just went thru the drive-thru. I ordered two kids meals. 1 hamburger with mustard and ketchup. 1 cheeseburger with mustard and ketchup. 1 single butter burger with mustard/ketchup/pickle. The one kids meal had fries the other had apple sauce. I waited 10 min in the drive-thru. My order never appeared. When I said something to the guy carrying out the orders his response “oh, really.” I went inside. They got my orders ready in 3-4 min. It is TOTALLY ridiculous that on BOGO offers, they BOTH have to be the same size when I PAY FULL PRICE FOR THE LARGEST ONE! CULVER's MAKES money when I buy Large and get Small for free versus Buy Large and Get Large for free. A little common sense would do your business well!!
RecommendedYes, good food, very pleasant and helpful employees and O'Fallon restaurant is so nicely remodeled. Love eating here because they have a nice variety of food on the menu. Only negative is I wish it was closer to my home.lol
Usually I have NO problems there. Food is hot n fast n the kids working r always friendly, but last night when I got the grilled chicken sandwich....it WAS STONE COLD!!!!!!� I took it bk up and they said they'd mk me a new one and they did but by the time it came my husband was done eating & I had ate all my fries. I was not very happy.
The remodel looks great and food taste great as always. They have been offering some amazing text coupons and offering HAPPY HOUR prices! Go check them out!
Went in today for the $1.00 burger and sundae. My husband and I were told it wasn't dollar day. When I got home I found the flier and was not happy that they were not honoring their ad. I still have the flier and it plainly states it's for this date and location.
