I used to really like culvers. I called today when I left home for a to go order as it was a 10 or 15 minute drive to culvers. when I got to culvers I called and told them that I was there and the girl said they would bring the order out as soon as it ready which surprised me. I waited 12 more minutes and still nothing so I called the store again and got a manager on the line and he was not helpful at all just excuses. I order the same order every time- the crispy chicken sandwich basket. Please remove the pickles and add onions, mustard and ketchup. Please make sure the lettuce and tomato is still there. Every time I get my sandwich like this. I want my sandwich to have lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mustard. Please advice me on how to order or what exactly I need to say to get the correct order. I keep going because my kiddos love Culver’s and I just love the shake. They are always polite but I just want them to get my order right.
