Okay, I don't normal write negative reviews, especially with the lowest rating, but I am really upset with the quality of the product tonight. I just threw 90% of a big milkshake in the trash. It was terrible! I received it WARM (barely felt cooler than the inside of my mouth). Whatever it was it was whipped, not mixed. I should have known something was wrong when the 16oz cup felt like it was almost empty. My guess is that the staff blended some chocolate custard on high (making it warm) for a few minutes. Ate there yesterday and I won't go back, my hamburger was burnt all along the edges and little pieces of bacon that was burnt!!
Mushroom and Swiss was excellent. First time eating there.

We have a family of five, so when we grab fast food, someone is usually always missing something, which is why we always check bags. I never have to check my bags at Culvers. However a few weeks ago we got home and my burger was in fact, missing. My husband called and left a message. The general manager Nathan Hammer not only called back and apologized, but sent us coupons for another value basket, (not just my missing burger) AND a concrete mixer!
