Put in my order asked to pull forward and then was stuck behind a car waiting on their food that ended up being wrong. I gave a 2 star because I did get hot fries but cold cheese on my burger
I was a little disappointed in the service I received tonight. I live about 15 minutes away from Culver's. I went through the drive-thru and ordered an 8 count chicken strips meal (for my kids to share) and 2 snack packs. Got all the way home, and realized that they had left out the chicken strips. I had to drive back to Culver's and get new meal for the kids, delaying their dinner by about 40 minutes (big deal with small children), and was not offered any compensation for their mistake. Way to greasy on a cheeseburger . Would not suggest it at all
My go to place for excellent chicken fingers & cole slaw!
Was my first time and was impressed good burger and love crinkle FF.
Love me some butterburgers. And the root beer at Culver's is the best!
