I love bringing my Grandkids to eat 😊 They love it.
I doubt I will return for a long time. All I ordered was a banana spli. 20+ minutes I waited. It was obvious they forgot or lost my order. When I finally got it, it was not worth the wait. But the worst part of the experience was the lack of an explanation or sincere apology. A lack of decent customer service & professionalism.
I love the Culver's in Arnold, MO. The people that work there are so friendly and polite, always there to help you when you need it !! Unlike the Crestwood store. The food is AWESOME & the strawberry cheesecake custard is even better !! I will continue to go back to Arnold, the employees there are a lot more friendly. It's a great place to go for lunch or dinner, with the family or by yourself. Either way, I would feel comfortable walking in alone !!! Culvers always has great food and they are community minded. Non profit organizations can earn a little extra on first days of the week.
