just went through drive thru ordered a cone..they handed it to me and it was visibly leaning and meltiting... I am driving...had to ask for a cup by then it was dripping all over me, on my car and I just dumped it In the cup and handed it back. i left...no i don't want you to remake it...i want it right the first time..i paid almost $4 for a cone...had to pull around and get wet towels to clean my car....come on! and no i am driving i don't want to eat out of a cup...
