So went to the drive thru on 1/18/18. Ordered 3 kid cheese burgers and a kid chicken strip. French fries were good. 3 burgers were raw inside. Chicken strips had no flavor. What a waste of money!!! No one could eat. Couldn't even feed the burgers to the dog.
They did an awesome job as always!! Young lady in the dining room, Brianna, was doing a great job keeping things clean and was very polite!!
We have been disappointed with our food the last four times we have been to Culver’s in Arnold. They’ve either gotten our order wrong, left items out of the bag, or served a raw hamburger to us. I believe management needs to start managing what happens during the evening shifts.
Jim Jones runs a Championship Crew.....quality product, service with courtesy and cleanliness abound. Thought he was an Owner he tries so unselfishly and hard to please customers. Phil & Nancy Rimmer Arnold fans.
