They did an awesome job as always!! Young lady in the dining room, Brianna, was doing a great job keeping things clean and was very polite!!
We have been disappointed with our food the last four times we have been to Culver’s in Arnold. They’ve either gotten our order wrong, left items out of the bag, or served a raw hamburger to us. I believe management needs to start managing what happens during the evening shifts.
Jim Jones runs a Championship Crew.....quality product, service with courtesy and cleanliness abound. Thought he was an Owner he tries so unselfishly and hard to please customers. Phil & Nancy Rimmer Arnold fans.
I love Culver's, but this trip I tried the chicken strips, never again... pressed chicken meat, not solid tenders or breast. Tasted like cheap frozen breaded you can buy for a couple dollars a bag in the frozen section of a grocery store. I'll stick to the butter burgers.
