The customer service is horrible! The fact that the manager didn't even acknowledge the fact that there was a mistake on my order didn't make it any better. It's sad that we try to buy local not only for convenience but to keep our communities viable and we are treated so poorly. I will NEVER patronize this location EVER again...

We had Culver back home,didn't know Houston had one. I literally lost my mind when I found one on the North Side.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a burger. I get home and the burger was meatless. When I went to return the burger I was given every bit of attitude because I wanted my money back. I wasn't ignorant or angry about the situation until I was given attitude about my return. This attitude was from the manager. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location.
