Ordered 2 meals...they gave my ice cream to another customer...I got all the way home and looked in the bag and not only was my burger not made correctly but the burger for the 2nd meal was not even in the bag. Went all the way while on hold waiting for a manager to answer which resulted in me being hung up on. Got back and told them the situation and both meals were remade. Got all the way home and looked at my burger only to discover that IT WAS MADE INCORRECTLY AGAIN!!!!! I will NEVER go back to this location
Worse customer service EVER!!!!!! It should be closed down!!!!!
Terrible every single car in the drive thru had to pull up and wait. It took at least 10 min. To get two bacon cheeseburger deluxe baskets where we subbed out the fries for onion rings. I've been to mostly every Culver's in the city and still can't understand WHY this one operates at such a deficit ? This store needs an epic management overall. #unacceptable
They always manage to leave out something. The food is good but it cost too much for this to happen on a regular basis. Still waiting on my coupons for my missing cod sandwich last week. It's time to find another local burger spot. I spend $40 plus everytime I come. Smh #pissed
The Midtown Culver is the worst in the city. This location is one mile from my home and I will drive to the Culvers in Shorewood to get BETTER customer service, BETTER atmosphere, and MUCH BETTER food. It is sad that I can't get the same service in my own neighborhood and have to drive across town to get quality. Why is that????
It was a nice professional restaurant that serve Burgers, ice cream, and the like. Good, not great.
