SERVICE!!!! There are more employees than customers and yet, you can not get good service and hot food. This is the worst fast food out fit in Green Bay. Despite living a block away, I go here about once a year and I'm ALWAYS disappointed.
Employees were very friendly and polite and prompt with my order!!!
I just paid a visit too Culvers with a friend. My order came out wrong, then after I asked for it too be fixed, we waited almost 20 mins and my burger never came. so as I got up to just leave, all of a sudden my burger was ready. I declined the burger as well as a refund because at that point I was just angry and wanted too leave. Horrible experience and i will never eat at a Culvers again.
