Food & service was great! Ice cream was delivered.
Service was too slow. Took almost 15 minutes to get our food...this location needs to pick it up...
Had it with the poor I DONT CARE IF YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT drive through service...Plenty of other places to eat in this city.
How ironic that this Culver's joined with Franklin middle school PTO to raise money for the school. Yet they discriminate against Franklin middle school kids eating there. 3 times my daughter was refused service because she goes to Franklin middle school. Once was at 3:45 pm refused service cuz she still had her name badge on from school. I guess good for Culver's for giving back to the schools. Shame on Franklin middle school PTO for encouraging my child to patronage a place that won't serve her during the day.
The Culver's on w.mason doesn't have very good customer service...spent $12 for the fish and didn't include a drink...and asked for ketchup but that was not in the bag when I got home
It was awesome we had a cast party from the cast of the Aladdin musical at my school

False advertising with their email's to get you into store then it's bait and switch meaning no that is on another day. Should be clearer so people can easily understand.
I can always rely on Culvers for efficient and pleasant service; however, this is the worst Culvers my family has experienced. The cashier was not close to competent getting our entire order wrong, the gentleman bringing our order was argumentative, as was the manager. Will never return.
