Tonight the little female twit handing out food in the drive thru refused to put her mask up over her nose and wear it correctly. She was very rude when I asked her to please pull her mask up over her nose. Needless to say I threw out our food and will never patronize your business again. Someone needs to educate that girl in the importance of wearing that mask correctly if she’s going to be handling food.
we use this Culvers quite abit for lunches and dinner. Today was terrible. poor service. food was awful. skimpy. might be awhile before we go back.
We ordered our ice cream, went and sat down and when she brought it out I was very disappointed in my sundae... skimpy on the hot fudge and no whipped cream on it at all. The lady also asked oh you had a chocolate ice cream to right? We were like yeah... we literally just ordered and you don't remember? It wasn't that busy. I hate to complain because I normally don't do this but today was one of the worst experiences I've had.
