We attended a fundraiser. It's nice not to need a coupon or have to mention it for the organization to get credit. Food and drinks were great, desserts too.

I have almost always had a great experience here. If something has ever been off they've went above and beyond to make it right.
Every time I go to Culver's I am more disappointed. Last week I had ordered some cheese curds n fries and a hot fudge sundae also a strawberry sundae. And of course you have to wait to get fresh food which is great but my sundaes were all melted � like really I paid $8.00 for this mess and I couldn't believe that the kids that work there have no common sense, or that the manager on duty isn't supervising what's going out the door, lack of training. I have contacted them twice since 10/15. They don't care about complaints. We waited 28 minutes for our cold food. We were told after 15 min that the custard machine was 'backed up'. I thought they would at least ask if we wanted our food or to cancel but no one came back. I specifically said I wanted hot food when they got our custard drink and was told it would be. The person taking the order did not even listen to my order or questions or order. I ordered a snack pack single bacon burger as I can't eat two burgers sandwic... read more
