We eat pretty regularly at this establishment since it is the closest takeout place to our house. The last three visits, they have messed up our orders. (Two visits we ordered and were charged for a double bacon deluxe and received a single patty, and another time we ordered a double bacon deluxe and received a chicken sandwich). I love Culver’s food! Their restaurants are always clean.
Just went pulled up to the drive thru at 10:10am. You open at 10am. Tried to order my food and the guy says. Sorry the grill isn’t ready, come back at 11am.... poor customer service. I’ve ordered food before right when you’ve opened. Oh and we could hear the employees having a gay ole time in the background.
