Staff needs serious training and Manager needs to be a manager and develop a personality with way better customer service skills, Disappointing resolution to your mistake.
Waited 45 minutes to find out they gave our food away. They went to do the remake and messed that up too. So an hour later we still hadn’t received what we wanted. We gave up and won’t be back to this location. Not the first time I’ve waited that long, also not the first time they gave my food to someone else.

I have come to this Culver’s a handful of times since being in Kenosha, I have have had the uttermost dissatisfaction from their terrible customer service, lengthy wait times, incorrect/incomplete order, as well as poor quality food... that I can only imagine is from given old food or not getting home in time to eat it while it’s still edible. Something needs to happen guys. You’re a high dollar local food chain that DOESN’T have a bad rep. Either you’re getting too comfortable with that or things NEED change.
