Terrible... waited 30 minutes and was laughed at when asked to speak to the manager

We love Culver’s; it’s our occasional “treat” outside home cooking. We decided to pick it up for our son’s birthday, but we just got this “cheese sauce” in our bag, and they failed to give us one family member’s meal. Would you eat this? Very disappointed.
Placed my order at the drive through, got home and discovered I received a completely different order. This is the FOURTH time this has happened at this location. I called and talked with someone the prior three times it happened. Clearly there is a lack of training and an apathy about customer service. I’m done now. Plenty of other places to eat. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
We are regulars, the staff is always helpful and friendly- great job for the school kids in the area I almost always recognize a face. Always happy with our food, if ever have an issue it has always been addressed. Keep up the good work!
Very disappointed with the dish i just came home with. Normally its really creamy... today its very gritty as in way too cold. Also it was suppose to be Turtle (flavor of the day). I ended up with vanilla gritty something with chocolate pieces. No pecans, no caramel, no chocolate syrup. It was so gritty with ice pieces and left a weird coating on the roof of my mouth i couldn't eat it.
When I order a 2 scoop sundae for almost $4, your store/company cannot afford to put 1 cherry on it?! Too cheap (fake custard). Going to Oscar's Frozen Custard to get the Real Deal.
