Here’s a two topping mixer with hardly any toppings.... lately they hardly put any toppings on the ice cream. Very disappointing
Culver’s is great at supporting local organizations. Tonight support for a Nathan Hale HS AP class’ trip to Europe next summer.
My worst experience EVER at a Culver's. It took 20 minutes to get 2 concrete mixers. They seemed more interested in socializing with their coworkers and catering to the drive thru customers. To top off the nightmare they got the order wrong and made my loved one sick because of a gluten allergy.
Every time I go my order is NEVER right!!! Takes forever to get food on top of it and then to not have it right. I was hesitant about stopping in tonight but took a chance and completely regretted it!!!!!! My sundae looked as if it had been half eaten already and the worse part was this was put together by a manager!!!! NEVER going there again!!!! Extremely disappointed in this Culver’s!!!!
Butterburgers are the bomb.
Always slow, always forget stuff, and the custard is always gritty. Tonight our sundaes were covered in salt (from the very bottom of the cashew container I’m guessing) and my husband’s had mayo in it. Not to mention he pulls around to the window and the drive through worker has his back to him because he’s too busy playing on his phone. Won’t be back to this location. Gave them too many second chances and honestly the service is terrible.
