I have gone to this culvers multiple times but lately they really stopped caring, just mess up and smile about it. A few days ago I went to get a salted caramel pumpkin mixer and it came like sugary soup, no wonder they didn't do the tip up test or it would have drenched the counter. I called about it and they apologized and that was it. Whoopty doo. Now tonight I go and order a cod fish value meal and I get home, open my food and they gave me a damn cod sandwich. I believe we only had completely good service her once. Since then everytime the order gets fucked up one way or another honestly a terrible Culvers wtf not sure how anyone could rate it 5 stars. :/
Culvers in Columbus WI is so horrible I've decided to NEVER spend another dollar at ANY Culvers!! I have complained many times about the service, missing items in orders and amount of time they waste of mine. Tonight I went in to get some custard and fry's.... It took 15 minutes from the time I ordered!! I walked in to a completely empty counter, 0 cars in the drive-through, 5 employees standing around and it still took that long! 3 employees must have ended their shifts and I got to watch them make their own food and serve ... read more
Going through the drive through right now in Columbus and had fabulous Brandon in the window. Can you say excellent customer service? Having a bad day, swing by and he'll cheer you up.
