I don't mind waiting a little extra for better quality food, and Culver's is better quality food, the issue is having to make multiple trips just to get the food I ordered. This is not an exaggeration, every single time I order from Columbus Culvers they mess up my order. For example, I order Buffalo chicken tenders but get regular. So not only do I have to wait 20 minutes for my order but an additional 20 minutes for them to v fix it! Every time we have been there lately they forget part of our order. Then when I'm suppose to get my "free" item they still end up charging me for it. I'm about to give up on this place... It wouldn't be as bad if I lived in town. My fault for not always checking to make sure all my items that I paid for are in there
Omg they gave my husband a burger and both patties were not even done they were still pink and red on the first bite. Blah
Waited 20 minutes and received melted ice cream
We went through drive thru and I ordered my self a 4pc chicken tenders half original the other half buffalo. We received all buffalo. Not only did we return to drive through and told them their mistake and offered to give back the food. They said no. Well they made up two new chicken tenders that were supposed to be original. They gave us back two more buffalo chicken tenders. Over it. Not the first time they've screwed up an order
Sooooo slow. I got custard and they parked me. I actually used to work at a Culver’s and it’s ludicrous to park someone who ordered cold treats. Constantly 2-6 cars parked. Also, they don’t empty the garbage can for dog bags. The placed one a few months ago and have NEVER emptied it. Trash is overflowing onto the ground.
I was just in tonight and got the sweet potato fries they advertise. well I got a pile of burnt yet mushy and so old. also they missed part of my order and I had to run back in to get it. lately they are not good at all.
It’s 11:42pm and youve got loud people in your parking lot blasting music and screaming for over a half hour. It gets real old living next door. You’d think I live next to a fucking bar. Doors are closed but lights are still on for the closing crew. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. This is constant.
