This location has been slow in the past for food, so I thought I would try the drive-thru for a shake tonight. I know it was unreasonable to think I would get my shake at the window ... but waiting 15 minutes seems ridiculous for one shake. I won’t be back.
RecommendedBravo to the staff today. I went through the drive-through and after ordering my food made a very unusual ask. I needed a banana, just a whole banana. My son, who happens to be autistic, was flipping over needing a banana. Culver’s saved me a trip to the store and my sanity today - thank you for being not just a means to dinner but also a kind human.
Alex Mahoney is the best GM! Needs a raise! Had a hand full of times we ordered bacon on our burgers, and there was no bacon. I called a few times to let them know. Alex, and her team made it right. LOVE THIS CULVERS, and I'll never stop going here. Keep up the good work guys! And always remember, I WILL get my bacon!
Sweet Potato fries are not with the extra $1.50 especially when they are burnt and soggy because they put the fish on top of the fries.
