The other day I went through the drive thru, and got home and realized I was missing an order of fries. I called right away and told them what happened, they were extremely helpful and offered me a coupon for their mistake. Today I received the coupon and a letter of apology from management. I was very impressed with their customer service!!!
Super delicious food and totally awesome wait staff. Very courteous employees who go out of their way to make your visit a great experience.
This place will place an order with stuff that you never order and don't even care. Talk to the manger and all she said is sorry and walks away from you as you are talking to her.
More and more impressed with this location every time we stop in. Today I saw something that you'd never see at any other fast food joint, the General Manager, Heather, was on the front line taking orders at the register as well as out delivering orders to the seats. Completely blown away and impressed with this location.
Great place to eat. Employees are great and awesome attitudes.
I can't think Culver's enough for hosting our Peace Lutheran School fundraiser tonight. I hope our community knows what a great supporter your business is of local non-profit organizations. I enjoyed my time mingling, pouring coffee, getting ketchup and napkins for customers. Our children volunteers were so excited about delivering food to the tables and cars that I didn't get to do much of that. Thank you again Culvers!!
My boys like their kids meals so we get them almost weekly, However waiting over 20min for food, just b/c this time we choosed to sit outside vs to going thru drive thru is unacceptable. The bad attitude of the waitress after asking if they forgot our food didn't help either. We wont be coming back for sure.
