I'm not sure if you forgot how to provide customer service. I had to have my meal remade several times and still ended up with a sandwich old and cold!!
RecommendedLove Culver's fish dinners. The service is always friendly and the wait time is not bad.
Two weeks in a row we ordered and paid for 3Pc Cod dinners only to get home and find they are only 2Pc dinners, Called to complain and was told coupons for 3Pc dinners would be sent via email and nothing...not holding my breath. Culver's needs to set up a system for the employees to validate the orders rather than stand and chat with each other. Or hire employees who can count past two! This is the Culver's on Westowne Ave. in Oshkosh.
Extremely slow service. We have been waiting 40 minutes for our food and still waiting.
the butter burger was exceptional good last night. it must have been freshly made.
Culver's has great food! Neenah ,Oshkosh, Darboy and Grand Chute. All are great!
We Love Culver’s Because we can TRUST that the food and the cleanliness is “TOP NOTCH “! IF WE TRAVEL, WE ALWAYS LOOK FOR CULVER’S TO STOP FOR LUNCH or just a REFRESHING ICE CREAM TREAT
This is the 3rd time in a row that they can’t get a simple double bacon cheeseburger right! I’m done supporting this location we will now be going to the other location
