I've never had bad food or service at either of the Culvers in Oshkosh WI! You rock-and so do farmers!!
Just went through the drive thru. When I got home and took a bite of my chili, it was ice cold. Not even lukewarm. They also forgot my sour cream. I called them to let know and the kid said he would turn it up. No customer service at all. Very disappointing.
I'm so sick of your incompetent teenage employees. Every time I order ice cream I watch it sit on the back counter and melt. Meanwhile your employees are joking around, and not paying attention. By the time they hand it to me it's already soup. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! If you can't hire more mature teenagers, hire more competent managers who will make sure everyone is doing their jobs. I'm done with this location. I'd rather travel a little further to get ice cream somewhere else.
Since I work at the end of the same road I love eatin there, at least until I got four frozen Buffalo chicken strips. I called an the "on shift" manager, who promised to mail out coupons. Three weeks later I still have not recieved them. When I called to ask about them, I was put on hold then hung up on. It is very sad the big office building on Westhaven will be declining to do buisness with this establishment.
Very upset that it took 20 min for ice cream and it was melted by the time we got it. The concrete mixer had hardly any toppings in it. On top of that we order waffle cones and the kid working kept touching the cone with his dirty hands. We asked him 2xs not to touch our cone and he still did. We walked out without our cones. Management just said sorry and refunded us our waffle cone price of $5. Very very disappointed
