Food was not good or worth the money
RecommendedI have always had a fine experience at culvers in the Miller hill mall area. Tonight, a girl by the name of Arianna waited on my husband and I. She came to the till and just looked at us. I said hi and she still said nothing. I ordered my food and she looked at my husband and said "for you?". And after placing our order all she said was "do you want a receipt?". no thank you or come again. Very unpleasant girl.
The food is okay. The employees are somewhat rude.
Its a total train wreck....Too many young people that looked like they were fresh out of middle school and not enough experienced staff there to supervise them so the service was terrible. The food was cold, or it wasn't made properly. Who ever runs that store should really have their franchise contract cancelled. If I was from Culver's corporate I would have called the operations director and had this store shut down.
Great fast food with the bonus of ice cream! Plus, the staff was excellent!

Culver’s always has good food, and this one met those expectations, but the employees didn’t seem as friendly as most other Culver’s.
Very poor customer service. Clerk had horrible attitude.
