RecommendedWas having an extremely bad afternoon. Needed to eat stopped st Culver’s mall drive Duluth. Went through drive, ordered. Was writing review which I never do about the encounter I had just had,when Brando showed up with my meal. I thanked him and was set to drive off. He said, “One more thing”, I waited, He aside, “You have a blessed day sir”! I deleted my “other” review (negative) and posted this one instead. Brandon if you see this, Thank You! went there today no management around help all standing around goofing off! Both mine and my wifes orders were screwed up! cashier that waited on us couldnt make change! really really disapointed. I had to wonder .who is running this place
22 minute wait in the drive thru for 2 kids meals and one combo meal, with no explanation or additional compensation. And they messed up my order. I had to exit my care and speak to a manager inside to receive my order. Absolutely unacceptable, will not be back.
love your bacon and cheese burgers there delicious. And love your cods fish dinner. U guys make yummy burgers. And good onion Rings . We like your foods .
The food was overcooked, the hamburgers were flat and burnt on the edges a d very greasy. The chicken tenders came out dark brown, the fries and cheeze curds were way over fried too. Ick. The bathroom was crusty. Will not return.
The crew members are constantly having negative attitude no matter what day of the week I go. There’s always garbage and food all over the floors tables aren’t being cleaned regularly and the garbage cans are over flowing with trash. I’m not sure why this Culver’s is like this bc the one in superior wi it’s the complete opposite.
Always good food and friendly and helpful staff.
