I wish FB still used the star system because I would only give 2.5-3 starts for my most recent visit. I ordered the 2 piece cod dinner with extra tarter sauce and a salad instead of cole slaw. I was charged $1 for substituting a salad for the cole slaw. You might think their salads are substantial to warrant an additional charge. My husband and I went through drive through last week. Our drinks were hardly full and tasted extremely off so my husband ran in to empty and get something else. When our food was delivered they forgot my burger so we had to go in a second time. For as much as you charge for your food make sure your customers are getting good service.
RecommendedTonight after running errands I stopped by Culver’s in Portage. I had amazing service from Eli and Cade! They were kind and friendly. Great customer service boys! Fresh food.
We were there because It was a share night. (Grand daughter’s school trip) SUPER busy... everyone was happy and helpful. Smiles everywhere! And the food was fresh hot and delicious! Well done Portage Culver’s! Well done! We shall return!

Knew I should have went to A&W for a Root Beer float. Mostly root beer very little float. Would have gotten 3 times the amount for the same price.
