This is the 2nd time we've gone through the drive through come home burgers are pink or raw won't be coming back until cooks learn how to cook a burger.

Get your crap together and get your orders right! How does a bacon deluxe with no onions equate to a cheeseburger with onions? And maybe try answering your phone. Cant call to speak to someone about an issue when no one answers after trying to call 10 times.

the employees are amazing and kind. they have great food I have started working there since August 1st and I love it there and if you ask for a sample of the flavor of the day you will like it and want to buy is we make everything fresh and never have anything frozen but that is not our type of restaurant. if we dont have your order right come to the front counter and we will get it fixed for you

Had a pleasant time at the portage Culver’s. Had a young man named Trent go above and beyond the normal work practices. He was more than kind and polite and made the experience very enjoyable. So thank you Trent
We don't normally have a problem but tonight, ya'll need to work on your listening skills. Chocolate Custard DOES NOT! Mean vanilla with chocolate syrup!! ESPECIALLY when we say chocolate custard!!! when asked!!!
