Always a great experience! No matter where we are, every Culvers has great food, and friendly service.
Checked my order before pulling from drive thru . The bag has cheese curds, no fries, no gravy. There is a sandwich which I didn't check. Told the gal who delivered it that wasn't my order. She leaves, comes back with the bag again and tells me it's my order, they just forgot to put fries and gravy in it. She told me I ordered cheese curds. I did not order curds because to me those aren't curds Culver's Sells. Get home, have fries and chicken gravy. I ordered beef gravy. Not my first bad experience at this Culver's. This restaurant has the best workers in town compared to other fast food restaurants. Our orders are always 100% correct. Everyone you encounter is polite and helpful.
