They have been amazing and fast during this COVID crisis. Two drive-through lines and it goes almost faster than before!! Keep it up y'all!!
Two lines for takeout during the Covid crisis but we have been here and the right temporary line is about 3 times faster because they are taking orders up front. We had to wait 15 minutes to order and then for our food. Not the best thought out organization. Always seem to pick the wrong line! Keep to the right!!!!
When we chose to go out to eat which is nor often we always choose Culver's. My husband loves thier cheese curds!
This one is one of the best Culver's I've been to ever. Great staff, very clean. We do not come to Rochester often but I will be back next time I'm in town.

I am extremely dissatisfied. I went there after years of not eating out due to my lifestyle change. My order got messed up several times on different days and I found hair on my food that was not mine. My hair is short and dyed blonde, and the hair that I found on my onion rings are a different color and long strand. They said that they sent replacement coupons out to me on 8/2 but they never were received by me. We are on a special diet. I ordered food so it met my needs. I didn't get anything even close to what was ordered. Not even the correct sandwich..... i did call and complain, i was offered coupons. Do they not understand that i am not going to come back??? This is not the first time my order has been screwed up. Our diet is a low sodium diet and their food is horrible when it comes to sodium levels. I should just know that I am throwing money out the window if we do try to go there. I ordered a mint friken explosion concrete mixer and it was liquid concrete not solidified concrete. From the first moment I put it in my mouth I was 99.854% disappointed. Not to mention the unequal distribution of oreos to ice cream. Good riddance.
